الوصف الوظيفيDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and understanding their travel needs. Proactively sell travel packages, including accommodations, tours, and experiences, tailored to the preferences of clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide travel advice and support to clients, including visa processing and travel insurance. Keep up-to-date with tourism trends to offer relevant and attractive travel solutions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and patience. 1-3 years of experience in Sales and operations. A bachelor’s degree Previous Experience in the Tourism industry is a must. Previous experience in direct and remote customer management. Fluency in English writing and speaking. Proficiency in International airline and hotel booking systems, e.g. Amadeus, NDC. and others Strong research and fact-checking skills to ensure accuracy and originality.
