الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or senior role. Experience in mid-to-large-sized companies within services, technology, or manufacturing is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations. High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, dashboards). Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and time management skills. High ethical standards, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Location : Banafseg, 1st Settlement, New Cairo
Working Hours : Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We continually strive for high standards of construction. HEIBCO FOR COMMERCIAL INVESTMENTS & REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT is specialized in Ground Engineering which encompasses; piling and foundations, groundwater control, and environmental management for civil infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements : balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports.
- Manage monthly and year-end closing procedures, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP), policies, and internal controls.
- Lead the preparation of tax filings and regulatory reports, and coordinate with external auditors.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing insights to senior management.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior accounting staff to enhance team performance.
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of accounting systems and processes.
- Stay updated on local tax legislation and ensure ongoing compliance.
