الوصف الوظيفيDeveloping and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's financial objectives.Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reports.Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor departmental budgets, and to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.Manage and mitigate financial risks by implementing effective controls and risk management strategies.Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations, and advise senior management on potential impacts and opportunities.Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business / Commerce with Major in Accounting.Certificates : CMA, CPA, CFAExcellent knowledge of financial reporting standards.Ability to create financial system & accounting structures.Strong technical skills & Excellent user of MS Office, ERPAble to Build, manage, guide and lead team to ensure appropriate financial processes are used.Very Good English Language.Proven track record of successful financial management and strategic decision-making.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems and accounting software.
