Linum Consult’s client is an international real estate developer, currently seeking a Lead Community to oversee their day-to-day community operations in Egypt.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating a positive living environment, fostering strong relationships amongst residents, and ensuring the overall well-being of the community
- Developing and implementing strategies to build a cohesive and engaged community within the company’s real estate properties
- Coordinating and organising community events, and acting as a liaison between residents and property management; addressing any concerns and ensuring prompt resolutions
- Implementing communication strategies to keep residents informed about community news, policies, and events
- Collaborating with property maintenance and security teams to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
PROFILE
Degree qualification in Business, Property Management, or similar fieldAt least 7 years of experience in Community Management within a real estate environmentDemonstrable history of enhancing community engagement and satisfactionStrong customer focus and service orientatedGood knowledge of property management software and relevant industry regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal management skills
