Job Summary :
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager with 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the retail or fashion industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities including inventory control, logistics, team leadership, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations that support our retail expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory, and dispatching goods.
- Develop and implement effective warehouse processes and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead and train a team of warehouse staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and retail branches to ensure stock availability.
- Monitor stock levels, manage reordering processes, and reduce inventory discrepancies.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate records and reporting.
