This manager-level position will lead the Arabic Cloud Competence Center (ACCC) in Egypt. The ACCC is dedicated to the delivery and growth of Oracle Consulting Services across the Middle East, Africa, and Greece, with a particular focus on Arabic-speaking countries such as Saudi Arabia. It encompasses all technical domains of Oracle Consulting Technologies, including Database & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Application Development & Modernization, and Security. The role is responsible for managing the three core pillars of the practice : people management, portfolio and delivery management, and sales enablement. It also includes profit and loss responsibility, as well as financial and expense management for the practice.

What you will do :

As a Consulting Practice Manager you will guide a delivery team in the implementation of Ad-hoc and complex technology solutions ensuring quality and timely delivery in the region of MEA & GR. As a people manager, you are responsible for the full employee cycle and team development whilst ensuring delivery and work closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations.
