Job Summary :
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for generating qualified leads,
executing performance-focused campaigns, and ensuring that digital advertising
strategies deliver strong ROI across all active channels. This role involves creating,
managing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns, coordinating marketing execution
with branch managers, and aligning with internal stakeholders to support business
growth.
Main Functions & Responsibilities :
1- Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital lead generation campaigns across Meta,
Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Create ad copy, select visuals, and manage targeting for each campaign basedon project needs
Conduct daily performance monitoring and adjust campaigns to improve CPLand conversion rate
Test creatives and messaging using A / B experiments and refine based on data2- Lead Generation & Funnel Ownership
Ensure a continuous flow of qualified leads to sales and call center teamsTrack lead quality, volume, and CPL across campaigns and regionsAlign campaign tactics with sales feedback to improve lead relevance and funnelefficiency
3- Coordination & Execution Support
Collaborate with branch managers to support regional marketing plans andpromotional efforts
Ensure alignment of campaigns with local market conditions and sales goalsCoordinate campaign execution with Digital Marketing Manager andcontent / design teams
4- Reporting & Analytics
Generate reports on campaign KPIs : CPL, CPA, CTR, impressions, conversions,Use tracking tools (pixels, CRM tagging) to monitor campaign performanceaccurately
Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations5- Optimization & Innovation
Research audience behaviors and trends to identify performance opportunitiesTest and implement new channels, tools, and formats to expand reach andreduce costs
Contribute to the broader marketing plan with performance-focused strategiesQualifications & Requirements :
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related fieldCertifications in PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar are preferredExperience :
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or media buying rolesHands-on experience managing paid campaigns and performance analysisTools & Platforms :
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok AdsGoogle Analytics, Facebook Pixel, CRM Platforms (Bitrix24, Odoo)UTM tracking tools, Excel, or Data Studio for reportingCreative platforms (Canva or coordination with the design team)Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
