Schedule shipping and delivery operations efficiently.

Ensure timely shipment and delivery of vehicles and spare parts.

Supervise transportation of goods between sites and coordinate with shipping companies and branches.

Handle product replacements and defective item returns.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, shipping partners, warehouse supervisors, customs brokers, sales teams, and customers.

Ensure all parties are aligned for timely packaging, dispatch, and delivery of shipments.

Communicate with various carriers to obtain shipping quotes and select the best option based on cost, availability, and reliability.

Study customer needs and manage inventory accordingly.

Reorder products as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.

Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role within the automotive sector.

Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and transportation coordination.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and logistics partners.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Familiarity with customs regulations and shipping procedures is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software / tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent in English .
