Guide the Global team on the recruitment process and policy and changes.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role specifics.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms).Screen resumes and applications; conduct interviews and assessments.Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring processPromote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.2+ years of experience in recruitment processes end-to-end, including interviews, recruitment system maintenance, sourcing (including social media).High level of control in the English language (Speaking, reading, and writing).University Degree in a relevant field.Experience in global recruitment processesResult-driven, agile, and can-do approach.Team player and self-motivated to learn and grow.Previous experience in the medical field is a plus.
