Wind Integrated Solutions, Oracle Partner in Egypt, KSA & UAE is looking for " Software Technical Writer " to be a part of their team.

Wind Integrated Solutions is Software Development Company that provides technology services, business automation, and business digitalization.

Job Requirements :

Research, write, and maintain technical and presales documentation including user guides, API references, solution briefs, technical proposals, and case studies.
Collaborate with sales engineers, solution architects, and the presales team to document workflows, proposals, and standard operating procedures for the presales process.
Create clear and compelling presales collateral such as product overviews, RFP / RFI responses, and client-facing technical documents.
Ensure documentation aligns with both technical accuracy and business value to support sales enablement efforts.
Maintain a centralized knowledge base for presales assets and keep documentation up to date with product and process changes.

Required Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) as a technical writer or similar role in a technical environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to understand and document complex technical systems and workflows.

Proficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, Git, MadCap Flare, or similar.

Familiarity with software development processes (Agile / Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub).

Basic understanding of programming languages or APIs is a plus.

Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

Working Days : From Sun to Thu.
