Sr. Procurement Engineer

We are hiring the following position

Sr. Procurement Engineer ” :

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed procurement plans to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services for projects.
• Supervise and approve material requisitions, purchase orders, and contract agreements.
• Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Oversee vendor selection and conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor and address supply chain disruptions to minimize project delays.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering trust and ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular audits of suppliers to assess performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to diversify the supply chain and mitigate risks.
• Resolve disputes with suppliers and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the Procurement Engineer to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with project managers, logistics, and other departments to align procurement activities with operational needs.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
• Manage and update procurement databases and documentation for transparency and accuracy.

Requirements :

Work Conditions : From 9 AM till 5 PM

Work Location : 1st Settlement New Cairo

2 days off ( Fri & Sat. )
