We are hiring on behalf of one of our partner companies for a Mass and Youth Advisor role.
This opportunity is ideal for Arabic-speaking graduates looking to start their career within a high-impact, tech-driven customer experience team supporting e& Egypt .
Handling inbound customer queries from mass market and youth segment customers
Providing accurate and efficient support via phone, email, or chat
Escalating unresolved cases to relevant departments
Logging customer interactions with precision
Meeting performance and service quality benchmarks
Adhering to company procedures and standards during every interaction
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic
A2 English level or above
University graduate (students are not eligible)
Ability to work from Smart Village office (October)
Flexible with rotational shifts (latest shift ends at 3 AM)
Willing to work on rotational days off
Fresh graduates are welcome
Maximum age : 30 years old
Must hold a completed military certificate
Residents of Giza or Cairo only
