Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and provide a personalized, high-end shopping experience.
- Understand and communicate the brand’s aesthetic and story to clients.
- Offer styling advice and product recommendations tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of current collections, product features, and availability.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain the store’s presentation to reflect the brand image.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
