Telesales Executive – Real Estate

As a Telesales Executive at Arsam Real Estate, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting our real estate offerings, and following up on leads. Your main goal will be to convert prospects into actual clients by building trust and providing excellent service over the phone.

You’ll work closely with the sales team to support closing deals and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle client objections and build raport quickly over the phone
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Presentable, committed, and ready to join immediately
• Female candidates only (as per team structure)
• Comfortable working from 11 AM to 7 PM , Fridays off
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus)
