Job Overview :

As a Financial Cost Controller at Emdad , you will play a key role in overseeing the financial management of our projects and operational activities. This includes monitoring budgets, controlling costs, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis. Your work will directly contribute to improving efficiency, maximizing profitability, and maintaining financial integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and analyze cost reports to ensure spending remains within approved budgets.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with project managers and department heads to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Assist in developing and maintaining annual budgets and financial forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
• Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted costs.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Enforce internal financial policies and processes, ensuring proper internal controls are in place.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies.
• Oversee rebate management processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Track and analyze profit margins, providing recommendations for improvement.
