Instructional Support

  • Work with the lead teacher to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
  • Support small group or one-on-one instruction.
  • Co-lead classroom activities, discussions, and projects.

Classroom Management

  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Reinforce classroom rules and expectations.
  • Assist with behavior management strategies and interventions.
  • Supervise students during transitions, breaks, and extracurricular activities.

    • Collaboration

  • Participate in regular planning meetings with the lead teacher.
  • Communicate effectively with the teaching team and support staff.
  • Share ideas and strategies to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as needed.

    • Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare and organize materials for lessons and activities.
  • Grade assignments and assessments under the guidance of the lead teacher.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Excellent English Language Skills.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
