Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems). Experience in construction, manufacturing, or large-scale project environments. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Cost Controller to oversee and manage project and operational costs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting to ensure that expenditures remain within approved limits and align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
- Monitor project and operational budgets, ensuring alignment with financial plans.
- Analyze cost variances and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to forecast costs and identify savings opportunities.
