Job description
  • Role : Administrative Assistant
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • 1) Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members.

    2) Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both in-person  and virtual.

    3) Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

    4) Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring accurate record  keeping.

    5) Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and  itineraries.

    6) Assist in the preparation of budgets and expense reports and monitoring

    7) Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

    8) Participate in team meetings and take minutes as required.

    9) Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

    10) Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.

    • Qualifications :
    • 1) Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

      2) 5 to 7 years of experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment.

      3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other  office software.

      4) Strong organizational and time-management skills.

      5) Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

      6) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

      7) Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.

      8) Experience with project management tools is a plus.
