الوصف الوظيفيStudy the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution Prepare, submit and follow up the shop drawings, QS and as built drawings. Strong knowledge of HVAC design standards and codes Follow up the material submittals and all site including supervising , monitoring the site laborforce and the work of any subcontractors to assure contract compliance Hands-on experience in HVAC Plumbing & Firefighting. Prepare RFI and send it to the project consultant to obtain missing information and resolve all conflicts. Assist in preparation of method of statement with Construction and Quality Control teams Maintain inventory and orders HVAC supplies. Provide technical assistance to other technicians as necessary. supervising all site works and procedures. Reviews sub-contractor’s shop drawings to ensure compliance specifications and contract agreements Prepare RFI’S and coordinate between mechanical works and other trades . 5 To 7 Years Experience. AutoCAD is a must. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Residential mega Projects background preferred. Good user of Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
