Job Description :

We are looking for an organized and efficient Administrative Officer to provide administrative support across various departments, with a focus on the healthcare sector . The candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, assisting in recruitment, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth workflow for both local and international positions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle correspondence (phone calls, emails, and mail) and maintain office documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, travel, and appointments.
  • Assist with recruitment and HR-related tasks for local and international positions in the healthcare sector.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and general office communication.
  • Provide support for technical and administrative functions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in the  Recruitment Agency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office management tools.
  • V.good English level
  • Maximum age 30
