We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee our flagship showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a passion for luxury home furnishings and interior design. They will be responsible for driving sales, managing the showroom team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom sales and achieve targets
• Manage and motivate the showroom team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Maintain the showroom's visual merchandising and ensure displays are attractive and up-to-date
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, designers, and suppliers
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
