الوصف الوظيفيPartner with department Heads to understand the organization's talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.Conduct workforce planning and analysis to anticipate future hiring needs.Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and referrals.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles.Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experienceReview resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Facilitate interview processes and provide guidance to interviewers on best practices.Promote Erada Microfinance's employer brand and enhance its visibility in the market.Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and support.Mentor and coach junior recruitment team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.Assist in developing training programs for the broader HR team on talent acquisition strategies and techniques.3-5 years of experience in in talent acquisition.Experience in the microfinance or financial services sector is preferredProven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels, particularly in a competitive job market.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methodologies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS, with strong data analysis skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
