Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing and selling advanced IT solutions , particularly in Data Center systems, Data Security, Networking infrastructure, Network Security, and System Integration . This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth in targeted markets.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions involving : Data Center infrastructureData Security and cybersecurity technologiesNetworking and infrastructure solutionsSystem integration and managed services
- Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and report sales activity, forecasts, and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.3–7 years of experience in sales and marketing of IT infrastructure and security solutions.Proven track record in selling : Data Center systems and solutionsNetwork and cybersecurity productsEnterprise infrastructure solutionsSystem integration servicesStrong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively to non-technical clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with major technology vendors (e.g., Cisco, HPE, Dell EMC, Fortinet, Palo Alto, VMware, etc.).Certification in sales or technology (e.g., Cisco CCNA) is a plus.Experience with CRM tools.Benefits :
