We are seeking a proactive and capable AI Business Unit Head to build, lead, and grow our AI team , driving delivery of practical AI solutions that align with client needs and business goals. The role combines technical leadership , team management , and delivery oversight , ideal for someone ready to step up into a strategic role in a company expanding its AI capabilities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Business Unit Establishment & Team Building

  • Define the organizational structure and hiring roadmap for the AI business unit.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a skilled team of AI engineers, data scientists, and solution architects.
  • Build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

AI Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee the development and implementation of AI projects in automation, NLP, computer vision, and analytics.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business outcomes.
  • Apply best practices in MLOps, data quality, and model governance.

    • Operational & Strategic Management

  • Develop and manage the AI unit’s work plans, KPIs, and budget.
  • Ensure team productivity and optimize resource allocation.
  • Report on unit performance and provide input into company-wide technology strategy.

    • Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business problems and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
  • Support presales activities including solution design, technical presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

    • Qualifications & Experience :

    Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or business / technology certifications are an advantage.

    • Experience :

  • 6–8 years of total experience in AI, data science, or software engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership or team lead role, ideally with hiring and mentoring responsibilities.
  • Proven experience delivering AI solutions end-to-end, from idea to production.
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
