Curriculum Delivery :

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in English, Arabic, and Mathematics tailored to the developmental needs and learning styles of nursery-aged children.

Language Development :

Foster strong English and Arabic language acquisition through interactive activities, storytelling, songs, and play-based learning.

Early Math Concepts :

Introduce fundamental mathematical concepts, including number recognition, counting, basic shapes, and simple problem-solving through age-appropriate methods.

Classroom Management :

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration. Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a positive and productive atmosphere.

Child Development :

Observe and assess children's progress, identifying individual strengths and areas for development. Provide individualized support and differentiate instruction as needed.

Parent Communication :

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents / guardians, providing regular feedback on children's progress, behavior, and daily activities. Participate in parent-teacher meetings.

Play-Based Learning :

Integrate play-based learning approaches into daily activities to promote holistic development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains.

Team Collaboration :

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, including other teachers, assistants, and administrative staff, to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment.

Safety and Well-being :

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom at all times, adhering to all nursery policies and procedures.

Resource Development :

Create and utilize engaging teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.

Professional Development :

Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in early childhood education.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.

Experience :

Minimum of a year of experience working as a teacher in a nursery or school setting.

Language Proficiency :

Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential.

Strong proficiency in spoken and written Arabic.

Subject Knowledge :

Demonstrable knowledge and ability to teach foundational concepts in English, Arabic, and Mathematics to young children.

Understanding of Child Development :

In-depth understanding of early childhood development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.

Classroom Skills :

Proven ability to manage a diverse group of young children effectively and create a positive learning atmosphere.

Communication Skills :

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Passion :

A genuine love for working with young children and a passion for fostering their early learning and development.
