Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations. The role includes overseeing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring accurate stock movement, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, and dispatching goods)
• Manage and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
• Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Maintain records of shipments, receipts, and warehouse activities
• Enforce health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and supply flow
• Report issues and suggest improvements to management
• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse supervision or inventory control
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Good knowledge of inventory procedures and safety protocols
• Ability to lift and move heavy items if needed
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software)
• Knowledge of Odoo preferred
