Responsibilities :

Ensure full legal, regulatory, financial, tax, and fiduciary compliance for the Egypt Centre of Excellence.
Manage budgeting, financial control, and cost reporting.
Oversee HR, Learning & Development, Finance, and Admin functions to operate effectively and align with global standards.
Set up and maintain technical infrastructure for the Work from Anywhere (WFA) platform.
Ensure business continuity planning (BCP) is in place.
Address operational risks and requirements of the WFA model.
Collaborate with Corporate Communications to enhance employer branding and build external relationships.
Monitor employment market trends and provide strategic insights.
Maintain strong internal communication with business units and executive leadership.
Support and manage smooth transitions of roles to the WFA model.
Identify and drive best practices and lead special projects.

Requirements :

Postgraduate degree in Business Management or Chartered Accountant qualification (preferred).

Fluency in Egypt is a Must.

15–20 years of experience in the insurance industry is a Must.

Experience managing a small-to-medium international shared services entity in Egypt.

Strong understanding of fiduciary, legal, and regulatory aspects of shared services in Egypt.

Knowledge of insurance products, services, technologies, and operations.
