About the Role
You’ll play a foundational role in building our go-to-market strategy, positioning, and growth playbook.
What You’ll Own
Go-to-Market & Growth
- Define and execute our marketing strategy across channels (organic, paid, outbound, partner)
- Set up marketing analytics and attribution to track key funnel metrics (CAC, MQLs, conversion rates)
- Experiment with and scale paid acquisition campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, retargeting)
Product Marketing
Craft clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for our product and use casesConduct competitive analysis and market research to sharpen our narrativeDevelop sales and customer-facing assets (one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards)Lead product launch planning and GTM execution in collaboration with productCampaigns & Conversion
Design and manage campaigns across the funnel, from awareness to lead generationGuide landing pages optimization and lead capture flowsCollaborate with other team members to guide strategy and distributionWhat We're Looking For
3–6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environmentStrong experience in growth marketing, product marketing, and paid acquisitionDeep understanding of customer journeys and funnel metricsProven ability to define positioning and GTM strategiesHands-on with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automationYou’re autonomous, resourceful, and thrive in a builder environmentBonus : Experience marketing to customer support, CX, or operations teamsLocation : Hybrid, Giza, Egypt
