Content Curator

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring the organization’s presence across multiple platforms i.e. Amazon, Noon, Jumia…etc.
• Engaging with customers on those different channels.
• Creating content, responding to comments, and increasing brand exposure.
• Planning and developing social media campaigns.
• Crafting compelling content or getting it developed.
• Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Collaborate with the brands team to ensure product images are accurate and up to date.
• Transportationprovided by the company.
