Job description

• Register of Contractors claims and potential claims
• Liaise with Project team to identify potential claims.
• Brief Employers representative fortnightly on contents and status of claims register.
• Conduct forensic analysis of claims and potential claims.
• Review contractors claims and potential claims.
• Liaise with project team to obtain relevant background information and documentation.
• Conduct forensic investigation of the technical construction issues.
• Prepare all necessary letters and transmittals to be issued in respect of potential claims or claims.
• Undertake commercial negotiations with Contractors commercial team.
• Make settlement recommendations to key internal stakeholders.
• Obtain all necessary approvals to authorize settlement.
• Prepare contract change notice and / or settlement agreement.
