Team Performance & Development : Lead and coach team members to achieve goals. Facility Management : Oversee daily operations and maintain service quality. 3–5 years of relevant experience. Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written). Awareness of coworking industry trends, competitors, and member needs. Understanding how space utilization and community engagement drive revenue. Operational experience in managing coworking spaces and coordinating events. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to represent the brand with authenticity and energy. Job Purpose
- Lead brand, marketing, and community growth for Techie++ and Coworker by RTG .
- Drive awareness, engagement, and client acquisition through marketing, partnerships, and community initiatives.
- Connect strategy with execution to ensure both brands operate as vibrant, revenue-generating ecosystems.
- Act as the link between business growth, member experience, and operational excellence.
- Ensure both brands deliver value, visibility, and sustainable impact .
