الوصف الوظيفيReview, modify and approve contractor shop drawings. Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to architectural standards and design intent throughout the construction process. Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals from the contractor. Ensure that the contractor's execution aligns with the project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards. Act as the primary point of contact between the client, contractor, and project stakeholders on technical and design-related matters. Monitor the contractor’s work on-site, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Review and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to design, materials, or construction methods. BSc. of Architecture or Interior Design Minimum 10 years of experience Hospitality experience is required
