الوصف الوظيفيManage the entire import process, from order placement to delivery to our warehouses. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient import operations Prepare and submit all necessary import documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and permits. Monitor shipments and track their progress from origin to destination, resolving any delays or issues that may arise. Negotiate with suppliers and carriers to obtain the best possible rates and services.
Maintain accurate records of all import activities, including costs, timelines, and compliance documentation.
- Analyze import data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of changes in import regulations and compliance requirements.
- Provide support to other departments, such as sales and procurement, on import-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in import logistics, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with customs clearance procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
