Job Description
A Well-established company is looking forward to hire a Workforce & foundation data associate with at least 2 to 3 years of experience at a shared services business
- Workforce and Foundation Data : Responsible for management of various aspects of workforce and foundation data, incl. employee data and records, organization structure data, job structure & position data, and pay structure data.
- Data maintenance on HRIS : Responsible for collecting and maintaining up-to-date Workforce and Foundation data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Data accuracy, compliance, and protection : Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data, as well as compliance with local labor laws and data protection regulations.
- Employee and business support : Responsible for managing employee inquiries (via ticketing service, by email or via phone), providing assistance and guidance on HR-related matters to ensure a high-quality service delivery and employee experience.
- Performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for data management services (e.g., percentage of data updates completed within timelines)
- Data Accuracy (e.g., accuracy and completeness of employee data by measuring the rate of errors in HR records and data management processes.)
- Data Change Requests Processing Time (e.g., time taken to process and implement requested changes to employee data)
- Data Retrieval rate / efficiency (e.g., time taken to retrieve specific workforce data upon request)
- Query Resolution Time (e.g., average time taken to resolve HR-related queries and issues. This can include response times for emails, tickets, or phone calls)
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
