About the role

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play an essential role in developing

and managing programs that ensure our team members feel valued and rewarded.

You’ll conduct in-depth analyses of compensation structures, benchmark roles, and

recommend adjustments to keep our pay practices competitive and aligned with

market trends. In addition, you will oversee the administration of employee benefits,

from health and wellness programs to retirement plans, ensuring that our offerings

meet the diverse needs of our workforce.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end payroll processing for team members in Egypt, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations while delivering the results in the required timeframe.
  • Handling inquiries and resolving issues related to payroll and benefits
  • Preparing and submitting payroll reports to management as needed
  • Administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring

competitiveness and alignment with company goals

  • Supporting VP-HR to conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness
  • Supporting in managing the annual salary review process and performance-
  • based increment programs

  • Developing and managing the departmental budget, including forecasting expenses and tracking spending
  • Collaborating with People Business Partner and other departments to ensure budgetary alignment
  • Ensuring Employees’ certificate and letter requests are fulfilled on time and in line with local regulations
  • Leading the shared services team to ensure onboarding and offboarding processes are seamlessly implemented.
  • Preparing End-of-service calculations to ensure it’s aligning with payroll endings.
  • Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing, administration, and compensation & benefits management
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws, payroll regulations, and compensation practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel
