Customer Service & Order Fulfilment Specialist
IMCD Egypt is currently hiring for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join the team as a Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Specialist.
Person Profile : Targeted Skills & Capabilities
- 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using JDE (JD Edwards ERP System) or a similar enterprise resource planning
system.
Competency with Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel.The position is responsible for :
Managing the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving customer orders to ensuringpayment receipt.
Ensuring lead times are positive and appropriate procedures are followed for rush orders.Collaborating with the Sales team for effective order management.Requesting necessary approvals according to the Limits of Authority (LOA) beforedelivering orders to customers.
Coordinating daily with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.Reviewing inventory reports, trucking details, and CBM data for accuracy at the end of eachmonth.
Monitoring customer payments and overdue invoices to prevent account blockages.Regularly updating and maintaining sales orders on JDE (ERP System).Generating and sharing monthly reports with the Business Unit Manager / Sales Manager.Creating non-conformity reports (NCR) as needed.Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.Supporting the achievement of sales account targets.Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to ensure targets are met.Issuing the invoices to customers regularly.Providing COAs (Certificates of Analysis) to customers and sales managers upon request.Supporting the Finance department with customer-related requests.Submitting the invoices to the Finance team.Arranging trucking services in coordination with warehouses.Handling the samples (inbound / outbound).Following up the supply chain cycle.Expected Qualification / Education :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Work Experience :
Required 3 to 5 years of experience in a Customer Service or Order Management role.Proficiency in using JDE (JD Edwards ERP System) or a similar enterprise resource planningsystem.
Competency with Microsoft Office applications.Primary Job Location :
