Responsibilities :

  • Establishing a special system to list, audit, classify, index, and save all decisions, official documents, books, and legal reviews.
  • Develop legal strategies and general policies for the first party to help reduce lawsuits and overcome disputes and problems with external parties.
  • Review and ensure compliance with legal procedures across all departments (e.g., finance, contracts, assets) to protect the company’s rights and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor legal cases involving the company, prepare necessary documents, and provide legal responses to resolve disputes and protect the company from lawsuits.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements in Arabic, ensuring they comply with Egyptian law.
  • Preparing the legal drafting of administrative decisions issued by the relevant departments of the first party to avoid challenging them before the competent authorities.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate legal affairs, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of corporate laws is a must
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
