Company Overview :

Rahala is a leading company in the tourism and hospitality sector, partnering with top Hotels, DMCs, and Tourism Boards across the GCC and beyond. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing team and drive impactful, data-driven campaigns aligned with our strategic goals.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 2+ years of team leadership experience and 4+ years in technical digital marketing . GCC experience is mandatory. Project management skills are a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional digital marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Rahala’s business goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, PPC, and content).
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; collaborate with the product team to improve ROI.
  • Align efforts with sales, product, and external agencies for cohesive marketing execution.
  • Track industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Hotels, DMCs, Tourism Boards, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead brand reputation management efforts and report key challenges or suggestions until a Brand Manager is assigned.
  • Develop and implement internal training to upskill team members on new tools and trends.
  • Align all marketing activities with the overall business objectives of Rahala Global.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a technical digital marketing Manager.
  • Minimum 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • GCC market experience is mandatory.
  • Strong project management skills are a plus.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience working in the Saudi tourism market is preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
