Familiarity with BPO environments and global sourcing practices. Experience in supplier quality management and performance optimization. About this Position
Ensures continuous supply of raw materials and packaging, avoiding stockouts and disruptions. Works with Supply Chain to optimize demand-to-supply processes, improve supplier performance, and manage inventory. Oversees procurement operations and collaborates with regional teams to execute projects for Henkel Egypt.
What you´ll do
- Ensures supply continuity and manages all critical shortages and FM’s avoiding out of stocks and impact on NES.
- Optimizes (together with SC) the e2e value chain demand-to-supply to improve supplier service and quality level, and Raws / packs inventory.
- Manages together with the team all operational standard processes with the target to enable, secure, improve and verify supply.
- Collaborates with the regional stakeholders (SC, CT, R&D).
- Executes of assigned procurement projects within Henkel Egypt.
