Identify training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.Develop and implement training programs.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.Utilize various training methods such as workshops, e-learning, and coaching.Coordinate with external training providers and manage training budget.Facilitate and track the newcomer onboarding process included orientation plan.Maintain the Skills Matrix updated and covered for all employees.Prepare training & development plan based on competency gap and performance review.Coordinate and organize the timetable for both in-house and external training programs, ensuring alignment with employee shift patterns and maintaining work commitments.Communicate with staff to ensure that the smooth operation of the training process and getting feedback to evaluate training provider and efficiency.Implement and maintain the different standards in plac ISO 9000, ISO 45000, ISO 14000 and IATF in addition to all related requirements within HR department.Compliance to statutory / legal Occupational Health, Environment & Safety company policies and procedures.Compliance with the company QMS, Quality ControlConduct Gap Analysis & Succession planning.Proficient in English communication, both oral and written.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably in the Industrial or Manufacturing.
Exceptional communication capabilities.
Ability to assess training needs and design effective programs.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) & Success factors.
Proficient in MS Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset.
