Job Summary :

As a Project Manager Senior, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of PSC projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing project management best practices, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing project resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage PSC projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards are met
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
• Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide regular updates on project status
• Manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing any concerns or questions
• Implement project management best practices and continuously improve processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness
• Mentor and coach junior project managers on project management principles and methodologies
