Maintenance and Production Engineer

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a home appliance factory. Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and techniques. Excellent Command of English written and spoken Experience with preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting. Familiarity with production processes and equipment used in home appliance manufacturing. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize production downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts and maintenance services.
- Monitor and manage production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support for new equipment installations and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and production metrics.
- Prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and production efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including quality control, production planning, and engineering.
- Train and support production staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
