Key Responsibilities :

1. Content Creation and Management :

  • Develop creative concepts and ideas for social media content aligned with the brand's strategy.
  • Write captions, posts, and scripts tailored for various platforms.
  • Stay updated on social media trends to ensure engaging and innovative content.

2. Coordination with Designers, Videographers, and Photographers :

  • Collaborate with videographers and photographers to plan and execute high-quality visual content.
  • Ensure timely coordination for shoots, edits, and final approvals.
  • Provide clear creative direction and feedback to designers and production teams.
  • 3. Project Management :

  • Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Quickly organize and prioritize tasks when urgent campaigns or content needs arise.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and adapt to new priorities when necessary.
  • 4. Community Engagement :

  • Observe the moderators team Response to comments, messages, and DMs on social media platforms promptly and in line with your brand’s tone.
  • Monitor audience feedback, trends, and FAQs to improve engagement and customer interaction.
  • Build relationships with influencers or customers for user-generated content (UGC) campaigns.
  • 5. Campaign Management :

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, such as giveaways, special events, or product launches.
  • Coordinate with other teams (marketing, sales, or operations) to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Monitor the progress and success of campaigns and make real-time adjustments.
  • 6. Content Planning and Trend Research :

  • Conduct research to understand audience preferences, seasonal trends, and competitor activity.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media algorithm changes and platform updates.
  • Develop a content library, including reusable assets like templates, graphics, or videos.
  • 7. Data-Driven Content Improvement :

  • Analyze content performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions) and generate weekly / monthly reports.
  • Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve ROI on social media efforts.
  • 8. Event Coverage :

  • Attend company events, product launches, or campaigns to capture behind-the-scenes content.
  • Live-stream or document these events on social platforms to enhance engagement.
  • 9. Collaboration with Sales & Customer Support :

  • Coordinate with the sales team to create promotional content that aligns with current offers or goals.
  • Work with customer support to address social media inquiries related to orders, feedback, or complaints.
  • 10. Influencer & Partnership Management :

  • Identify and coordinate with influencers or brand ambassadors for collaborations.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of influencer-created content.
  • Build long-term relationships with content creators or industry-specific collaborators.
  • 11. Trend-Setting & Experimentation :

  • Experiment with new formats (e.g., Reels, Stories, TikTok trends, or AR filters).
  • Develop creative ideas like mini-series, tutorials, or customer success stories.
  • Test emerging tools and features across social platforms.
  • 12. Content Repurposing :

  • Repurpose long-form content (e.g., a blog or video) into bite-sized posts, infographics, or stories.
  • Optimize content for different platforms, ensuring the tone and style match the platform.
  • 13. Internal Training and Guidance :

  • Train sales or customer-facing staff on how to use social media to enhance their outreach.
  • Share insights and best practices with the team to help them contribute to social media success.
  • Experience : 2+ years in social media content creation or coordination roles.
  • Skills : Strong written and verbal communication (English and Arabic if relevant).Proficiency in managing tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design platforms.Knowledge of basic photography / videography principles (even if not hands-on).Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Creativity : Ability to think of engaging ideas for social media campaigns.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc.
