الوصف الوظيفيDeveloping and implementing quality control systems and procedures to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Establishing quality control standards and specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Monitoring and evaluating the entire production process to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements. Developing and implementing quality control training programs to educate employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices. Coordinating and leading quality control activities, such as inspections, testing, and documentation, to ensure consistency and accuracy. Analyzing quality control data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and prepare reports for management review. Maintaining documentation and records related to quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports. Overseeing supplier quality management processes, including supplier audits, evaluations, and performance monitoring. Managing a team of QC professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Bachelor's degree in computer science, or any related field. quality-related certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ certifications) are preferred. Min. 10+ years of experience including 2 years as Quality Control Manager. Proficiency in quality control, quality assurance, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.. Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques. Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality control systems and processes.. Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements, regulations, or industry-specific standards. Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks. Proficiency in test management tools and bug-tracking systems. Proficiency with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
