Requirements

Job Summary As a mid-level AI / Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll shape our intelligent automation and analytical capabilities. From building data pipelines to deploying ML models, you’ll enable data-driven features that set us apart in the global HR tech space.

What you’ll do as a Mid-Level AI / ML Engineer…

  • Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for various use cases (recommendations, NLP, etc.).
  • Implement data pipelines and ETL processes to support model training.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to bring ML features into production.
  • Integrate and maintain ML services on cloud platforms.
  • Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate for improvement.
  • Stay updated on cutting-edge AI / ML research and frameworks.

What we’re looking for…

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML development.
  • Proficiency in Python or another high-level programming language.
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and cloud ML services.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model deployment best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in an agile, fast-paced environment is a plus.
