Direct Sales Operation Specialist

Job Summary

The Direct Sales Operation Specialist job purpose is to assist in managing the volumes of the consignment work with Minlo couriers and aligning all our products range on Minlo website.

Role Responsibilities

• Follow up on the daily orders submitted by the call center team and Minlo website.
• Follow up on the daily customers’ requests including the replacements, returns, and refunds.
• Follow up on the shipping companies when it comes to the inventory level by SKU verses the needed stock.
• Check on Minlo products’ availability on our webpage.
• Assist in orders reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Assist in checking the inventory stock on a quarterly basis.
• Check on all the orders’ status updates with Minlo couriers.
• Check on the payments’ due dates and follow-up on the payment cycle and status.
• Keep a close eye on Minlo warehouse to maintain the products’ inventory levels to ensure all ranges are available.
• Be in direct contact with our shipping team to deliver the needed stock to the courier warehouse.
• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar field.
• Having strong experience with the courier cycle is a must.
• Intermediate proficiency in English language.
• A team player with an elevated level of dedication.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving and creativity.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
