looking for a dynamic and dedicated fluent English and Arabic-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for parents, helping with inquiries and supporting the nursery’s daily operations and using our system (Qmax) efficiently .The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and has strong communication skills. Main Job Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Arabic and English.
- Assist parents and guardians with inquiries and service requests.
- Log calls and follow communication protocols.
