  • Design and manage interior design projects according to budget.
  • Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
  • Guide consultants for the interior design scope.
  • Review different interior design related documents when produced by consultants.
  • Produce report and presentations for the projects within the interior design scope.
  • Coordinate the interior design with all Engineering disciplines.
  • Previous experience with an interior designer / consultant organizations is a must.
  • Previous experience with a real estate developer is preferred
  • Professional Degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge of CAD, REVIT, Photoshop & 3D computer modeling and graphic design.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates collaborative and professional work ethic.
  • Knowledge of FF & E activities is a plus.
