Job Description

QuickfirmX is partnering with a leading international company launching in Egypt!

Are you a passionate and customer-focused individual fluent in both Spanish and English? Do you thrive in a positive and supportive work environment? If so, this is your chance to be a founding member of a dynamic Customer Service team in Sheikh Zayed!

Role Summary :

As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support in both Spanish and English. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and represent the brand professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions fluently in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes in both languages.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and schedule adherence.

Required Qualifications :

  • Mandatory Fluency in BOTH Spanish (Minimum B2 level - Must be verifiable).
  • Mandatory Fluency in BOTH English (Minimum B2 level - Must be verifiable).
  • Egyptian Nationality is a MUST.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both required languages.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work initially from the office located in Sheikh Zayed.
  • Immediate availability to start working.
  • Graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • What We Offer :

  • Highly Competitive Gross Monthly Salary : 29,000+ EGP (This amount includes performance-based KPIs).
  • Guaranteed Full KPI payout for the first 3 months, provided minimum adherence standards are met (e.g., 100% attendance / schedule adherence).
  • Plus a Transportation Allowance of 1,500 EGP per month.
  • Plus a Medical insurance allowance of 1,700 EGP monthly.
  • Potential Eligibility to Work From Home within Egypt after the first 3 months (subject to performance and business needs).
