Store Keeper

we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Storekeeper to join our new branch in Badr.

Job Description :

Accurately receive, store, and issue all incoming and outgoing goods.

Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP ERP system.

Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.

Warehouse Operations :

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders.

Ensure efficient warehouse layout and space utilization.

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Adhere to all safety and quality standards.

Order Fulfillment :

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Coordinate with transportation providers for timely delivery.

Team Management :

Lead and supervise a team of warehouse workers.

Provide training and guidance to team members.

Motivate and inspire the team to achieve performance goals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or a related field from a reputable university (Commercial University preferred).

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management within the food industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
